Who Should Apply to be a Mentor:


  • Experienced non-profit leaders in the 2SLGBTQI+ community and allies willing to share their expertise.

  • Open-minded, non-judgmental individuals ready to provide constructive feedback.

  • Reliable and committed people with time to dedicate to mentoring.



Who Should Apply to be a Mentee:


  • 2SLGBTQI+ staff, volunteers, or organizers aiming to expand their capacity.

  • Aspiring leaders seeking professional skills and experienced guidance.

  • Those willing to receive feedback and actively engage in learning.

  • Applicants must be from TEN member organizations.
