  • Provide meaningful alternative text for informative images.

  • Ensure sufficient color contrast.

  • Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.

  • Provide form labels, instructions, and error messages that are easy to understand.

  • Use descriptive link text.

  • Provide captions and, where feasible, transcripts for video/audio.

Known limitations

We’re transparent about issues we are still improving.

Current known issues :

  • Some older PDFs and downloadable resources may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers.

  • Third-party embedded tools (e.g., event registration widgets) may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control.

  • Some legacy videos may not yet include captions or transcripts.

Work in progress: We are completing an accessibility audit of high-traffic pages and key downloads, prioritizing fixes for navigation, forms, and document tagging. We review and address reported issues on a rolling basis, with priority items targeted for resolution within 30–60 days where feasible.
